경조직 표본 양면 자동 연마기
2장의 다이아몬드 Rap반이 상면과 하면으로 구성되어 있어
레진 절편을 10마이크로 정도의 아주 얇은 두께로 양면 연마가능
경조직에 금속이나 세라믹 등이 포함 된 특수 샘플 연마 가능
에어밸런스에 의한 가압연마방식으로 조직의 크기나 두께에
의해 Rap반의 회전이나 에어가압을 조절 할 수 있음
Automatic double sided grinder for hard tissue specimens.
Capable of grinding the resin sections to a very thin thickness of about
10 microns due to the two diamond rap plates composed of upper and lower sides.
Capable of grinding special samples containing metal or ceramics in hard tissue.
It uses pressure grinding method by air balance, enabling to control the rotation of Rap plate
and air pressuring by the size and thickness of tissue.
2枚のダイヤモンドラップ盤を向かい合わせてあり、
硬組織切片を間に挿入して研磨することにより、
極薄の研磨薄片を作る両面ラップ式の自動薄片研磨機です。

The diamond blade is rotated at low speed to cut after setting the desired thickness.
小さい試料を、低速回転・低速送りで無理なく切断できます。
低速切断で加工層歪の少ない切片が切り出せるので、電顕試料の
準備薄片などの切り出しに最適です。
試料の送り機構は、
電動無段変速によるギア送り方式と、バランスウエイト方式の
兼用になっております。
